Pricing FAQ

Are there any subscription or listing fees?
No. Lazi is free to join and free to use. Fees apply only on completed matches.
What happens to card processing fees?
Card processing runs about 3.4% + 30¢ per payment. We pass it through to the shipper transparently rather than absorbing it, and every fee line is visible on each match.
Are there extra fees on payouts?
Lazi takes a 3% payout fee from the carrier’s gross. Any processor payout fee for NZ-domestic NZD payouts is currently $0; if that changes, the carrier sees the line item before it’s deducted.
What about cancellation fees?
No fee inside a 5-minute grace window after acceptance. After grace, an admin reviews the cancellation and decides; most cancellations with valid reasons are waived. Penalties are 10% of the agreed price, capped at $50.
